Shift focus health

We are husband and wife founders of shiftfocus health. We are both Paramedics for over 15 years with AV. I ended up burnt out and needing time of work and that made us evaluate our life’s and look into research to help mitigate the effects of shift work. That lead us to start an instagram page with information we had learnt to help other shift workers and it also lead us to come up with a supplement that has evidence based ingredients that can help us on shift, especially with cognitive function on nights. We are genuinely passionate about helping our fellow shift workers so they too can have better quality lifes even when shift work is against us.
