- Events and affiliate offers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Australian law.
By using the Services, you warrant that:
- All information you provide is true, accurate, and current;
- You will comply with all applicable laws;
- You will not use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
3. Business Directory Listings
3.1 Listing Approval
We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.
Approval of a listing does not constitute:
- An endorsement;
- A recommendation;
- A guarantee of quality;
- Verification of qualifications, licensing, or insurance.
3.2 Listing Accuracy
Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate and up to date, including:
- Business name;
- Contact details;
- Website URL;
- Services offered;
- Images and promotional content;
- Pricing and discount offers.
3.3 Verification of Veteran or First Responder Status
Where a listing is promoted as veteran-owned or first responder-owned, we may request reasonable evidence to verify this status.
We reserve the right to remove or amend any listing if verification is not provided or if we reasonably believe the representation is inaccurate.
3.4 Preferred Providers
Certain businesses may be designated as "Preferred Providers" or receive enhanced placement based on subscription tier, sponsorship, or other commercial arrangements.
Such designation does not constitute a guarantee of service quality or user satisfaction.
4. Memberships and Subscriptions
4.1 Subscription Plans
We may offer free and paid memberships, including recurring monthly or annual subscriptions.
Subscription features and pricing are described on our website and may change from time to time.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processors to charge your nominated payment method.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation:
- Prevents future charges;
- Does not provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may:
- Retry the payment;
- Suspend the listing or account;
- Downgrade or remove paid features;
- Terminate the subscription.
5. Pricing and GST
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are expressed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies, prices will either:
- Include GST; or
- Clearly state that GST is additional.
You will receive a tax invoice where required by law.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only:
- As required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL); or
- At our discretion.
No refunds are generally available for:
- Change of mind;
- Unused subscription periods;
- Failure to cancel before renewal.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the ACL.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including Schedule 2 (Australian Consumer Law).
To the extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply.

- Distribute;
- Display;
- Promote
that content in connection with our Services and marketing.
You warrant that:
- You own or have permission to use the content;
- The content does not infringe third-party rights.
11. Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews and testimonials represent the opinions of users.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy;
- Completeness;
- Reliability.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews.

- Guarantee the availability of discounts or offers;

- Accept responsibility for transactions between users and businesses.
Users should conduct their own due diligence.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M1R Alliance excludes all liability for:
- Indirect or consequential loss;
- Loss of profits;
- Loss of revenue;
- Loss of opportunity;
- Data loss;
- Business interruption.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Where no amount has been paid, liability is limited to AUD $100.
17. Indemnity
You indemnify M1R Alliance and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates against all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and the Federal Court of Australia where applicable.
