RE;SHIFT exists for the people who show up when everything goes wrong. Founded by Scott McConnell, 5 years Army emergency response, 15 years heavy civil, and built alongside his wife Sahar, a paramedic with 15 years on the road. We didn't design RE;SHIFT from a boardroom. We built it from lived experience, watching people we love go to work with gear that wasn't made for what they actually do. Our hero product, the RE;Treat, is a premium insulated cooler bag engineered for the realities of shift work, contamination resistance, cold hold that lasts an entire shift, and a build that can take the same punishment you do. But RE;SHIFT is more than a bag. The semicolon in our name is intentional. It's the suicide prevention symbol, a sentence that chose to continue. Every product we sell funds our mission: a free, non-clinical bush retreat for first responders. No programs. No pressure. Just space to breathe. This is gear built by your people, for your people.
