I help first responders and veterans understand the impact of stress, trauma, and service on the mind and body. Through practical yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, we help our people build resilience, reconnect, and know they’re not alone.

I started this after yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness helped me work through PTSD, anxiety, and depression following my years as a NSW Police Officer. I knew others would benefit too, but I also knew it could feel a bit “woo woo” — so I retrained and created an accessible, grounded program that first responders and veterans would actually trust, because I am one of them. All I really wanted was to help just one other person. That intention became the First Responder Mental Wellness Method. It took four years of training, research, and development, and has now supported many people through their own recovery journeys. Wanting to extend that support in a free and open way, I also began sharing my own story along with the stories of 58 others on my podcast, *Triumph Beyond Trauma*. The podcast helps break the stigma around mental health challenges after service, and shares real, practical information about leaving service and what support is available for the next chapter. Both the program and the podcast have given me deep purpose, especially on the days I felt like I had nothing left to offer.
