Luna Nutrition provides evidence based nutrition education and coaching support designed specifically for people working rotating rosters. I am a Bachelor qualified Nutritionist, certified personal trainer and former police officer. I created Luna Nutrition to support those who feel exhausted, inconsistent and unsupported trying to manage their health around unpredictable schedules.
After years of working shift work while managing chronic health challenges myself, I recognised that most health advice is built around a traditional 9–5 lifestyle and often doesn’t work in the real world of night shifts, fatigue and disrupted routines. This led me to further study nutrition, circadian health, sleep and gut health to better understand the challenges associated with shift work.
Through The Shift Method, I teach practical, roster friendly strategies to help improve energy, digestion, sleep and long-term health without relying on rigid meal plans or unrealistic routines. The focus is on education and building long term understanding so people feel confident managing their health independently, rather than becoming reliant on ongoing coaching.
By combining lived experience with evidence-based education, Luna Nutrition delivers a supportive, practical and realistic approach to better health around shift work.
