12 years ago I built a beautiful River Gum home in the small township of Warooka, to provide the perfect place for my family to have some well rested time away from the busy city life we all are accustomed to.  I have now opened up my home as a holiday rental and advertise on various platforms to afford the opportunity for first responders and other emergency workers to have opportunity to also escape and relax with their families. My home can sleep up to 9 guests and is perfect for two families to share the space.  There are two large living spaces, indoor and outdoor dining areas and two bathrooms.  A warm cosy indoor fireplace as well as adequate cooling for the summer months. Set on a large 1500m property, the large deck over looks the lush Warooka Golf Course which is open during the winter months and views as far as Edithburgh wind farm on a clear day! Outdoor table setting and lounge area available to also enjoy the space. Pet friendly to house trained furry friends. Beautiful Flaherty Beach only a 5 minute drive, with sandbars as far as one can see!  This drive on beach stretches from Point Turton to Hardwick Bay as is an absolute delight all year round. Point Turton only a 10 minute drive and has launch facilities and a great fishing jetty. Warooka is known to be the gateway to the bottom end and is surely central to all the sights and scenery of the Southern Yorke Peninsula.
